Refund / Swap / Batch-shift Policy

1. We offer users a three (3)- day , no-question-asked money back guarantee on all courses.
2. The refund should be claimed within 3 days of registration.
3. No such request will be entertained after 3 days.
4. The 3-day, No Question Refund policy stands null in following scenarios:
   • Any kind of content is downloaded from Omega ITR’s learning system.
   • If you watch more than 2 class recordings.
   • If we believe that you are abusing our refund policy, it will be our sole discretion to suspend or terminate your account and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of company products, without any liability to you.
5. Company reserves the absolute rights to revise these terms without prior notice to you other than by posting revised terms on the website.
6. Post 3 days, as per refund policy, further EMIs will not be cancelled in case of RazorPay EMI.
7. To request a refund, please raise a support ticket from your email address you used during checkout
8. There are limited seats (Batch-shift Quota) available in any Live-online class for learners availing Batch-shift option. Omega ITR may not be able to accommodate certain batch shift requests in case of unavailability of seats in Batch-shift Quota. In such cases, Omega ITR will provide options to join other batches where seats are available.
   Learners can avail batch shift option ONLY once in every 3 months from the start of previous batch where learner attended a class.
9. Batch shift option will be available only after 15 days from the start of the previous batch.
